Purpose
Data from the contact form is used solely to answer your enquiry.
The data you provide when booking a visit (name, email, phone if you give it and anything you tell us) is used to manage that appointment: to confirm it by email, to let you know if it needs to be changed or cancelled, and so the studio knows who it is meeting.
It is not passed on to third parties or used for advertising without your express consent.
Legal basis
The legal basis is the consent you give by ticking the acceptance box before submitting the form.
Service providers
To manage appointments we rely on providers that process data solely on our behalf and following our instructions: website hosting, the database where appointments are stored (on servers in the European Union) and the service that sends the confirmation emails.
Retention
Data is kept for as long as necessary to deal with the enquiry and to meet the resulting legal obligations.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@inkoestudiomarbella.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
